His passion for this industry comes from his family legacy, as both Regan’s grandfather and father were successful entrepreneurs and innovators in the transport and logistics sector. He inherited their vision, values, and work ethic, and strives to deliver the best service and solutions to Labourforce’s clients across Australia and New Zealand. He has a strong background in industrial relations, human resources, and new business development, and leads a team of dedicated professionals who share his commitment to quality, safety, and ethics. Regan is also the President of ColdStaff Inc, a global temperature-controlled logistics and cold chain staffing service, and a proud partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance. His mission is to help the supply chain and logistics industry grow and thrive by connecting them with the right talent and expertise.
