Renowned for his proficiency in product development and commercialisation, Paul has a track record from start-ups to multinational corporations, showcasing his adaptability. His expertise spans hardware and software engineering, mechanical design, prototyping, and validation, contributing to his comprehensive approach to product development.
Paul is the Founder, Director and Technical Lead at Cyndeo, a Melbourne-based technology consultancy, specialising in Business, Product, Technology, and Manufacturing Strategy, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Optimisation.
Paul also serves as an advisor for SMEs in commercialisation and growth. He excels in developing business models, sourcing funding, and building partnerships, reflecting his deep understanding of business dynamics.
