Martin Kramer is Head of Automation at Dexion Asia Pacific. He leads the creation and design of Dexion’s automated solutions to transform operational efficiency for warehouses and DCs.  With well over 13 years’ experience in the automation industry, he has a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport.Martin is passionate about solving complex warehouse challenges to meet the needs of customers through automation technology.  He is driven to orchestrate change and drive sustainable growth for customers by thinking out of the box.  He constantly seeks direction and answers through close collaboration and connection with customers.

Martin’s greatest strength is the ability to listen and understand the needs of the customer, and create innovative automated solutions that will deliver desired outcomes with professionalism and integrity.
