For the past 12 years, his journey has revolved around the dynamic hire industry where he has developed his expertise in operations while immersing himself in product-centric innovations for a decade. Throughout his career, Dan has been a strong advocate for safety and sustainability, spearheading innovative projects and initiatives that set new benchmarks in these future focused areas. Collaborating closely with manufacturers, Dan has championed high standards, ensuring that the industry's practices align with safety protocols and environmental responsibilities.
Currently, as the head of the Coates national product team, he oversees the management of Australia's largest rental fleet. His focus remains on driving excellence and continuous improvement and delivering products that not only meet the needs of Coates’ customers but also contribute to a sustainable future.
