In this session you will meet the Innovation Manager, Anna Reid, and she will share how Amazon Australia is delivering customers smiles, though its local investment in people, technology and sustainability, including its newest fulfilment center in Sydney’s west - spanning 200,000m3, creating more than1,500 local jobs working alongside advanced robotics.
About Anna:
Anna is passionate about innovation through systems thinking and growing today’s and tomorrow’s leaders. At Amazon Australia Anna supports teams to solve today's and tomorrow’s problems - leading Innovation for Amazon Operations in Australia, including bringing technology, automation and robotic ideas to life that deliver value for customers. Prior to working at Amazon, Anna was GM of Operations and Supply Chain at Kinrise, and GM of Manufacturing at Asahi Beverages for Australia and New Zealand. In her spare time Anna chairs an Industry Engagement committee at the University of Melbourne and also chairs the Manufacturing Research Institute Industry Advisory group at Swinburne University.
